401K Plan

There is little information provided about how to set up your 401K, but we work with Vanguard who are extremely helpful.

I think it was around $3000 for a match when you max out

401 k plan is good - matching is low - clearly geared toward rewarding heavily the PPDs

it is wonderful to have a 401 plan but it would be nice to have seminars for the regular staff, not just the partners, principals, and directors on retirement planning! what happens when you retire - do you still get health care? things like that need to be answered.

Low employer contribution match as compared to other places

Their matching is horrible. I think they may offer $0.50 for the first 3% and that's it!
