They don't really train you. You aren't trained until you hit the floor. But it's not complicated and most people pick it up quickly, If not a manger is always floating around somewhere.

I was on the board for on-boarding new managers in the district I still didn't feel 100% fully trained after 5 yrs of employment they use an OLD DOS system for 80% of their reports
