Retirement Plan

The main retirement plan is the 401K through Fidelity. There are a lot of choices in the plan. There is also still a "pension" that the company funds, but it is pretty small and you would have to work at Dow for 20+ years straight to have it be worth anything.

It is ok. not good, not bad.

Dow is great company to work with. Remunerations were very good. In house training was superb. No bossing and work from home was also allowed. Nothing adverse against Dow

Good pension plan and simiation tool is provided

wonderful...not so much for newer employees but there is help for them to be educated to have a good post employment experience

Standard 401k with corporate match on first few percent. Limited selection of investment options. No pension.
