The employee discount for every employee is free food and drink as long as it does not interfere with the workplace and customer happiness. The only downside is that one of my side crew members said that he has gained 30 lbs in the last 2 months of working there.

The discount was only 10% so it really wasn't all that much when you go on break and want to get yourself a lunch. A couple cents really isn't something to helpful for someone making a low hourly rate
