The worst thing is they don't want you to train in the store no one has time. They want you to do your online training at home and not get paid for it.

Ok, Online Self training. At least I was able to train home. But did not get paid for online training hours. Training in store was easy just a lot of pressure.

A lot of the time, the people teaching you haven't even done the training themselves. Cooperate - please make sure the people 'in charge' of the store is mandatoried to have training!
The computer training for Dunkin in all areas is really good though. I think it depends on location. I take the time to train my people and work with them until they are comfortable... some places are not like that.

Very comprehensive and paid; importance of step-by-step procedures is always presented.

If you train in the afternoon you'll be able to get in a little training if not you'll have to just jump right in.

The training is done on the Online University and then afterward on the salesfloor/making coffee.

The training was done by a shift manager. It was scant and messy and I was left to my own devices. Not hard stuff to figure out though.

The training program is long, and it doesn't actually get you ready for the position you are training for. You spend a lot of time on the computer doing e-learning, and completing remedial tasks, rather than training.

Really great training. Got the swing of things really fast.
