It was great benefits health insurance, paid time off, lunch. The benefits had a large deduction, it was 1500. I was glad i didn’t get sick cause I wouldn’t have the money to pay for it

most training was online, and as soon as anything practical began, the trainers would teach us something completely different for daily operations

Pretty minimal and informal training, kind of luck of the draw of who you get. Also, you frequently aren't trained for everything at once and have to learn somethings along the way.

They basically just threw you into the water with little bit of training and you were to shadow an existing employee.
