Typically, crew members are trained by other crew members who are not educated and properly trained on how to train new employees. Its like the blind leading the blind at most stores.

Train as you work, work as you train.

nothing. you have to get trained no matter what. If people who are training kind then you are good if not then sorry it will become bad experience no matter what.

Job training is terrible. Sent to a store in a different state to ‘train’. Get left on the floor wondering around not sure what to do. Lots of drama and talking badly about other stores (including the store you are going to be working at)

WORST: they said the training was paid but I didn’t get the money from the training until TWO MONTHS after they had opened the store

I had one day of a two hour walk through and explanation then the next day I was put out onto the floor, luckily the shift leader was guiding me and helping me out.

Job training was done by other employees, which wasn't always good. Some people were able to train while others didn't know how to. Training would be forced onto people at times or the people who trained didn't do it properly and messed around. It really depended on the person.
