Vacation & Paid Time Off

There is maternity leave. But not many PTO days, depending on the level of the worker.

paid time off comes monthly. If I want to take my leaves in first month it won't be possible

No any negative words regarding vacation policies.

At EPAM you have a two-week paid vacation, though they are doing their best to meet employees needs. If you need more time for some reason, it can be discussed with you Resource Manager and HR, and yeah most of the time you'll take you vacation time if you need.

Good vacation days based on your job role. Unused vacation days can be roled over to subsequent year.
