Very low considering how much the company makes off its employees. Only good if you are a partner. Others get low bonuses based on overtime hours worked over the year.

They are poor at reward high performers, and for as much as they focus on metrics, there seems to be a very loose correlation between strong performance and high reward. If your not a partner, expect low bonuses.

Performance bonuses are very small (usually between 1-3k for lower level employees). There is also no transparency about why you get what you get and there are large discrepancies between employees doing the same roles with comparable performance.
