Have to wait till the end of the year to get 401K matching. 1yr of service you get only 25% of the first 6% of base pay after one year of service. After 4 years you get 50% of the first 6% of base pay.

Eligible after 2 or 3 months. The match until you reach year 5 is a paltry 1.5%. After that it's 3%. Payout is only once a year, so the first payout when you start or if you leave can make a difference. Keep in mind EY has a legit pension plan that you fully vest in after 5 years too for which you pay nothing out of pocket that is hard to quantify in this day and age.

401k is with Fidelity. Matching is poor: no matching in the first year and 25 cents on the dollar capped at 1.5% of your salary for the next year.
