While the match percentage is somewhat low, keep in mind that EY is one of the few firms that offers a traditional pension. The pension and 401(k) can give a heathy income in retirement.

EY will contribute/match 50% of your contribution, upto a certain amount per year. The plan is not flexible. Not with the stock market in uncertainty, I could not roll it over to precious metal IRA.

They offer .50 c for every dollar up to 6% of your pay. My former company offered 1:1 match up to 6% of pay. I'd like to see them raise it up to that.
