Best things are flexibility (new smartworking policy) and reimbursement benefits for new moms. Worst thing is the impossibility to account for extra worked hours (mostly not paid nor counted as future leave days).

No real benefits for tax consultants. In italy they are basically freelance workers. So long hours and extraordinary are not taken in account.
