The benefits for titles below manager are even less profitable in particular for health assurance. The smart working is allowed but discouraged due to clients needs. Part of the end of year bonus could be reduced and raised the fixed part of the salary due to the high tax rate of the italian regulation on bonus

The company car is good, the welfare plans dedicated to mums really appreciated, the same for the flexible benefits provided for the more junior employees.
