Fidelity manages the accounts and there phone support is great also there web site is easy to navigate and has many tools for moving money or learning how to manage your own portfolio.

They match up to 6% of the employee contribution

Eaton matches the first 3% of pay you contribute at 100% and the next 2% at 50%. Your contributions, the company match and all earnings are immediately 100% vested. In addition, Eaton contributes 4% of pay on your behalf, regardless of whether you contribute or not, vests in 3 years.

There is no employer contibution.
