401k plan is fairly decent. If you contribute 5%, they'll match 4%. In lieu of a pension plan, they'll also add 4% into your retirement account, regardless of your contribution. So if you put in 5%, you'll get 8% matched.

I do not like their plan because at my specific plant they do not match your contribution. That is in part due to the fact we have a pension plan.
