The plan is actually a low premium/high deductible health care plan which fits on the bronze section of the obama care market standard.

Conventional health plan puts all the burden on you to get a good deal. It doesn't provide a worry free option for health care. I have to make tough decisions about weather or not I need to go to a doctor b/c i don't get enough money in the HSA annually.

Eaton does pay partial health benefits, but each year the amount they contribute goes down and the insurance prices go up but the health coverages are less

No PPO plans, only HSA. Which isn't all bad but I just have to come out of pocket more than I would like to.

I don't have much to compare to, but it seems a little pricey to me for a mid 20's single healthy man.

Standard health insurance for the industry. Low premiums, high deductibles, co-insurance. It's not the greatest or cheapest coverage if you have medical problems, but it helps save you from catastrophic issues.
