Best: performance bonus and the preventive health activities to fund health insurance premium. Worst: They moved away from not strict “work from home” based jobs. They are hybrid, meaning both work from home AND in-office

The benefits are really good but the compensation isn’t good for the work load.

After a 30-year career I must say Elevance is a great place to work, however you must be flexible with the industry changes that are aligned with state and federal guidelines and cutbacks.

Typical cost for private sector, retirement benefits but at a cost.
