The insurance is standard with Blue Cross Blue Shield and recently the company re-negotiated a contract with the network and more health benfits were offered within the health plan

Policy options only with Anthem.

insurance plan is fine. nothing special.

It’s been tough when you're dealing with a person that feels like they are just ticking boxes rather than actually helping you out. It’s been exhausting trying to navigate through all the “silos” without getting clear answers or support from case managers who should be making navigation easier.
