For a health insurance company, I would expect better, but it is still more favorable than most.

Good but limited to general

Plan options to choose from based on your stage of Life

Being one of the largest Health insurance companies means that you will most likely have your insurance accepted at most providers of your choice. I didn't know of any negative benefits to the plan other than it can be expensive, however most insurance is. They offer health assessments that can reduce the amount of your month premium which was an excellent benefit that many if not most of the employees can enjoy. Based on your health, if you do not smoke, BMI is within a specific range etc. you can be compensated by offsetting credits added to your paycheck each period.

Easy to understand & Good benefits

Disgraceful that an insurance company gives its employees such terrible benefits.

Multiple plan options with good coverage

they seem to keep changing plans every year- but no different than the last company I worked for. decent benefits

Preimims are not cheap
