Standard plans offered. To get decent premiums you need to complete health screenings (Know Your Numbers) to get credits to offset the costs.

Middle of the road benefits, with odd choices. Plans cover wellness visits, but don't bring up any issues you may have been having during the physical. Then it's no longer wellness, and you'll have to pay for a sick doctor visit instead. Anthem's plans would rather someone suffer with a health issue (including mental health) than talking about it with their doctor during a physical

CDHP plans only offered. The more $ you make, the more you must pay for insurance benefits.
