High deductible plan but they do offer credits to help you pay for it.

Small contribution from company for Health Savings Account (or none, depending on plan). Single person coverage is reasonable cost, but family coverage is very expensive. You can earn up to $700 in annual "credits" to help pay for your premiums by doing things like getting a flu shot, cessation of tobacco and having healthy blood pressure and healthy weight.

Overall, the benefits package is worth considering. It has everything that I need for myself and my family.

Their health insurance for their employees has steadily gotten worse over the time I have been employed here, and has not been replace with better benefits for something else.

Not enough coverage for high premiums. Which is hard to understand given the fact that it's a healthcare insurance provider.

The HSA is bad. You get a prorated benefit based on your start date the first year and you can't even spend the entire thing due to "reserve holding in case of closure fees".
