I think if you'd asked me last year I might rate it higher. However, it went up this year while most pay did not and I found that problematic. Inflation is already a big problem facing us all and this made it worse and seemed a bit out of touch. The options offered are good and although Kaiser Permanente has its issues, it's a good option for a family to ensure care and keep costs low.
