I had major surgery approximately 3 years ago and at the height of Covid. The actual hospital bill after visits to prepare for the surgery cost around $70,00. But I only had to pay around $2,500, as the final out-of-pocket costs for the actual surgery. The medical care at this top-rated institution is superb and the fact that I only had to pay about $2,500 for the final surgery, including visits to specialists, etc. is a testament to the first-rate health insurance offered.
