Emory University has a great hospital attached to it. Unfortunately it can be a pretty long wait to actually be seen there.

In spite of the outrageous increases in health insurance because of the ACA our health insurance has only increased marginally.

Since Emory University is part of the Emory Healthcare organization, the care and cost is world-class. Biggest perk of the job.

Extremely high and not competitive within the industry. Not in the same range with other universities.

Emory is a large enough employer that they can negotiate with insurance companies. They currently use Aetna, which has been great. Their prices are fair and their coverage is very good. Haven't had any real problems or complaints.
