High price, low benefit. Company could easily pay more to take some burden off the employee.

Very good benefits package and the only thing that would make it great, would be lower premiums. Like any health insurance offered, the premiums are never cheap. I would say the rates are average for the industry but better coverage than most for our rates. Outside sales is provided a company car with full insurance coverage and gas.
