Everyone is so easy to work with BUT with that being said there really isn’t a set job tasks for any role nor is there really any training. The training for the position is you being thrown into the role and good luck. You basically have to ask people in other states for advice on how to do a simple task your role is required to do. AND it’s basically the guys going out and fixing while the ladies stay behind the computer paying the guys.
