i have got only my salary with no benefits at all. Salary was way to basic.

Decent bennies, Health Vision ect. PTO 2 weeks, goes to 3 after 5 years, good 401k

Vacation policy is not competitive. Much better at other companies. No opportunity for bonuses; executives take it all!

Vacation is non existent. If you're a production worker out on the lines, you have to reserve 1 of the 2 weeks for yearly shutdown in July or else you incur "points" that count against your employment. You will not receive 3rd week of vacation until 7 year anniversary. It may have been upped but that is where it was at the last time I heard. Insurance is decent.

The best would be two shut downs a year on top of vacation time, worst would be high employee cost for health insurance

Paid training, money towards continuing education, health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K with company matching of contributions up to a certain percentage.

We often received T-shirts and other promotional items

Worst was the waiting period, best was the extras (turkey at thanksgiving kind of thing)

No 401k benefits was the only downfall.
