Good benefits, however we’re very expensive and unaffordable for the salary I was paid.

I worked for multiple client assignments as an Apex Systems Employee. The worst thing about their benefits package is that the medical insurance benefits are reset every time you sign a new contract with a new client. As a result, you are not fully covered on a health insurance plan until 84 days of full time employment. For one of the clients, I was offered just a 3-month contract, so I did not have any medical coverage as an Apex employee until after the contract got extended for another 3-months. At the end of the contract, my benefits expired if I am not able to sign up for another client assignment within a month or so! That really sucks! On top of that, their medical benefits are very costly if you need to cover your family. For instance, I was paying around $600 per week to cover me and my family under their United Healthcare PPO Plan!

Best thing was that we had insurance as contractors
