401k is so bad that it might as well not exist, health insurance plans are awful and extremely expensive. Dental/Eye is fine for what you pay

The benefits are limited and voluntary with no employer contribution. For example, they wont match your 401K contribution. After a year of employment, they will match 50% of your first 1% and 25% of the last 5% max. It will only happen the following calendar year. So If you were employed in Feb 2022, they will contribute on Jan 2024. What a joke!! No PTO No Pay Raise No Employer contribution for Health insurance Dental and Vision optional if employee pay for it

Insurance Plans are insanely expensive. You're better off getting something off the marketplace.

The insurance provided is not worth even applying. You'll be better off on Medicaid. If your client doesn't have youbwork the holiday you do not get paid for the holiday. Also my pay check has been delayed way to many times.
