The benefits are pretty expensive here

its very expensive. the 401k match is great but that is about it. the medical is OK but goodluck if you have a family. its honestly a churn and burn shop so theres really no incentive to invest in better benefits

APEX systems does not offer much in the way of benefits, save for a Fidelity 401K package. While that is beneficial for the future, some insurance options would be very helpful.

Employee not eligible for ACA benefits for three months; cost me over $5000 to keep COBRA. After enrollment Apex pays tiny 5% of premium, while employee pays 95% of premium and also the deductible. Contract to hire W2 employees get no vacation nor personal time off.

Health insurance is more expensive than the Exchange plans, while also having a worse network.

Love the paid time off, holidays, and president’s club trip
