The only complaint I really have is no real sick days as a lot of other companies have. Other than that, the longer you work there the more PTO you get, you get off on your birthday, and skeleton week over the holidays is amazing.

Employee stock purchase plan is the best thing. Everything else is not that great. Insurance is a bit pricy and there is not a lot of PTO.

I dont really utilize many benefits through the company but overall the ones that I use are pretty decent. I've heard that benefits for more than one person get expensive though

Practically no healthcare (only one plan Affordable Care Act compliant and it has an extremely bad deductable), no 401k match (although some contractors get 2% match after 6 months of work), no holidays off, no PTO
