Not many perks really. Bad insurance, a decent 401k with company match and that's pretty much it. No pto or paid holidays.

Best - Pet insurance, %15 off stock, stock has continuous growth over the past 5 years
worst - You get 3/4 floating holidays. I have to work at least 1 day of the week between Christmas and New years which means I cannot see my family for the Holidays because they live in the East Coast

The insurance benefits are more expensive in the Apex group than they are in the individual market. If you're thinking of joining Apex, make sure you keep your old COBRA if you have it or be prepared to pay thru the nose (~23% higher rates)

The benefits package was non-existent. The health care charges would have been highly un-affordable. I'm trying to pay off my school debt, how am I going to afford to pay out of $15 an hour for benefits?

no PTO, vacation or sick pay. can take a day off but don't get paid for it. no holiday pay either so miss pay when there's no work due to holiday. has 401k and medical insurance but not great plans, high deductible and high cost, company doesn't subsidize medical insurance for family so you have to pay the full premium if you need insurance for any family members. also, I have been here 2.5 years and got a 50 cent raise after 1 year when my contract was converted to a statement of work, but was told they don't do raises unless the customer I work at will give them more $ for me, so I get stuck with no raise after the 1 year mark. definitely seeking new employment
