ECS provides full and part-time employees with paid annual leave for vacation, illness, personal or family matters, personal or family health care, or emergencies. The typical annual leave accrued each pay period the "accrual rate” based on the employee’s length of service is explained in the ECS Handbook. Leave accrual is reduced in proportion to the actual number of hours worked when an employee works less than 40 hours per week.

On par with other places. Once you are here for 5 years it goes up to 20 days off

This is easily the worst policy the company has. Minimal vacation time on an accrued schedule makes it virtually impossible to take time off within your first year. Don't plan on having kids if you work here either. The leave they offer new parents is insulting.

You get about 15 days paid time off. Which includes sick days but you can make up hours sometimes if they are approved.

15 days PTO under 5 years of service, 20 days PTO after 5 years of service.
