Vacation & Paid Time Off

Vacation and sick leave are together. 15 days total. It seems standard but my previous employments had more lucrative vacation and time off packages, previously had 15 days off and 10 sick days, that's just one organization...

This company is the worst I have ever worked for in terms of leave.

very bad. Company has no sick time - only Paid time off - use it sparingly. Recently reduced the maximum from 25 days per year to 20 days per year for all employees that aren't grandfathered into the 25 days. New employees get 15 days of total PTO and will never get to 25 days of accrual.
