great everyday discount disappointed we never do extra discount anymore

You can't stack the discount with on going sales

It feels like we get the same discount that customers do with coupons. And the unspoken expectations is that Store Managers are always up on trends, especially to corporate meetings. I think full time employees should get more than part time.

40% is great but can't use it on rewards account or with clearance.

40% off all full-priced items. It works on promos (BOGO, etc) and OneEleven, but not on items that are on clearance. Usually doesn't work on items already marked down over 40%, but sometimes Express has special exceptions.

The means did not make the ends. If one got paid biweekly 620 for 42 hours+/week . Discount was 40%. Too many other priorities. The style of the store are ages 16-24. Only merchandise worth buying are buttoned shirts. These end up being around 37 each.

Excellent! No complaints at all. Express is very generous with their full time & part time associates.
