40% for employees and managers now

Pretty much everything else. Too many managers each telling you different things. Points for ExpressNext were taken away. No commission but they make you sell like it is.

40% off on top of in-store promos is a great deal.

The discount changed from 30 to 40% while I was there. The discount is very generous and if there is a special promotion (as long as its 30% of less) we could use our discount in addition to that.

I am satisfied compared to what the discount was 6 months ago, going from 30% to 40%. However, often times, customers may experience similar discounts when combining coupons and cash back coupons via the Express NEXT program (both of which employees are not eligible).

It use to be only a 30% discount but in the past few months they changed it to 40. Which was pretty cool because the clothes are nice

Wish it could be alittle more but it is fine the way it is

It was okay I never purchased any of the clothes while I worked there because noting caught my attention and you were allowed to wear whatever you wanted as long as you looked presentable
