This was an excellent benefit I used .

I have to take a leave, and submitted all documents to approve for surgery, when I called to go back, they said they didn't know the job status, I kept trying after that over and over and over, no one respond. I then got a certified letter saying if I didn't contact them by a certain date saying I would be discharged, I received it after the date... I tried to contact them and they still did not respond.

Adheres to 12 week FMLA leave

The company follows the 12 weeks allowed by the Family Medical Leave act.
