Maternity & Paternity Leave

Six weeks paid leave. First seven days are unpaid unless one has paid time off to use. Paid time off hours are exhausted first before leave pay of 60% starts for the remaining time of the total six weeks. New moms come back to work with a newborn, lack of sleep and NO remaining PTO.

Company treats maternity leave pretty fairly.

Maternity and Paternity leave are not the greatest

I never used it but, I know people who did and they seemed to have no problems.

I don't know about the paternity leave. The maternity leave is pretty standard

You have to use your paid time off to use maternity leave
