Vacation & Paid Time Off

Standard 3 weeks to start, incrementing after a given tier of employment.

Worked for the company 5 years and I now get 6 weeks of paid time off. This includes vacation and sick time.

Get 20+ days off, better than your typical 2 week setup. After a few years it goes up to 25+.

Pretty fair with time off, however cannot make vacation plans further out than 6 months.

Their benefits here are avg for the industry.

No vacation per rules just PTO Time

Have to use PTO for sick days, which doesn't seem fair, even under FMLA. Even if you have some time accumulated, the time off is refused due to call volume, etc. And the holidays are promised, but you're almost made to work them due to the call center being open 24/7/365 days. You may be forced to work Christmas or Thanksgiving or any of the other holidays if enough volunteers aren't available.

Paid time off program is great. Paid holidays are less than many other companies with only 6 paid days.
