Although not every department can support work from home, some do, which is fantastic. This allows me to spend the extra time I would be driving on work, and allows flexibility if I need to travel and work remotely (of course, you have to work!)

It is great as long as your computer is working. Before this new model, work from home was paid for downtime due to network issues or computer issues. You had to come into the building to work the rest of the day till the issue was resolved. Under the new plan, downtime is not reimbursed unless Express Scripts acknowledges that it is their system issue which is zero to none. What if your are down for 3 days because of Cox cutting a cable in area. Starve?
