Job training is slow, but when you have a problem at work there is always someone you can call.

So here's the thing about training. You get 2 weeks of 1 on 1 training with a District Team Lead. Then you're considered prepared enough to operate a store ALONE. That does NOT, however, mean you don't have access to others in the district who are only a phone call away. That and the Store Manager you're paired with should be helping you in your continued development. So, while the formal training is brief, you still have access to additional resources after you're on your own.

I was Trained with great people, friendly Manager and individuals. They provide all the tools you need to succeed.

They do a good job of preparing you for your position. Continual training and refreshers help a lot.

Their training is two weeks of hands on training, it was great.
