Vacation & Paid Time Off

Employees begin with two weeks of vacation, increasing incrementally with tenure—three weeks at five years, adding a week for ten, twenty, and thirty years of tenure. However, due to consistently high workloads and limited coverage, many employees struggle to take their earned time off. As a result, vacation days are often rolled over or lost entirely, which can significantly hinder work-life balance and long-term well-being

2 weeks until 5 years

PTO is 2 weeks for people who have less than 5 years experience, but unlimited sick leaves is nice.

They are fair in rewarding PTO for your professional years of experience although, depending on the department, not so fond of it being used in its entirety and at the same time also not fond of rolling over a lot of it.

Minimal vacation allotment and slow accrual

Plenty of vacation time to take a break but takes awhile to get there.

Standard vacation for full time employee

After 30 years you get 6 weeks of vacation. PTO is flexible 1 week no questions asked, if more is needed you can sometimes exchange for work at home.
