Vacation is a bit skimpy, you only have 2 weeks for the first 5 years. In my position I can take vacation whenever, there's not much of an issue with timing. Flex-time is nice, there's never a problem going to the doctor or dentist.

Managers encourage the use of vacation as long as it is balanced against the needs of the business. This basically means employees and management need to plan and communicate, but I rarely saw or heard of vacation being denied.

The more years service you have the more vacation and sick time you earn.

New hires start at 2 weeks, and you get your 3rd week at 5 years in. Vacation tops out at 6 weeks many years in for US employees.
