In the past my out of pocket expense has been low. But Obamacare seems to have made things a bit worse and we will pay more now, part of the premium.

Top notch. Provides for complete employee-only only coverage at 0$. Family is cheaper than others. The service even includes doctor house calls and low co-pays.

100% premiums paid for by the company for an individual employee, and majority of premiums covered for dependents. Includes Vision and Dental, and also includes a house-call service for "minor" incidents (doctors can write prescriptions or even minor stitches).

The HRA health plan is cheaper than the PPO, and the first 50% of the $1500 deductible is covered by the company.
It is a fantastic deal for those who spend less than $750 a year on medical. And if you go over, you still get the typical insurance negotiated rates and coverage.
Health insurance also covers things like chiropractic (20x per year per person), massage (with ND/MD note/scrip) and ND (naturopath) medicine.

Blew my mind. I had a neck injury at home one night, and in 25 minutes I had an actual doctor standing IN MY HOME, taking care of me. I'm still flabbergasted.

F5s health coverage has to be one of the best around. $0 premium to employee and rates for spouse and kids very reasonable.

The HRA offset for the HDHP makes the HDHP a very attractive option. Also, dependent care that covers non-married individuals is something I've never seen offered by other companies.
