COVID helped to provide benefit justifications for WFH at F5 which will continue after return to office.

Very flexible and open to WFH.

Management doesn't seem to trust employees. Old-school senior-level execs, particularly in IT, are very reluctant to allow work-from-home despite recent corporate direction to allow it.

Almost frowned upon, you can do it but it is not the norm. F5 needs to come further in this area and trust their employees.

I have a laptop, cell phone, a desk in Seattle, and loaned a monitor for my home office too.
