Profit sharing, no plans to implement matching program

Easy to setup, easy to manage and you never notice the money taken out. Fast does not match the your inputs but they do contribute the profit sharing to your 401K which makes the plan accessible to all. I really like the way this is done and how it enable those who do not contribute to the plan early in their career have something in it when they realize they should be contributing.

Profit sharing is included. The company also gives employees access to a 401K advisor.

They do not do any matching because they do a profit sharing but they other both pre and post taxes 401k plans.

Instead of matching employee contributions each pay period, there is a once-yearly "profit-sharing" contribution based on a percentage of your salary. This is not meant as either a positive or a negative comment.

I really like how the company just adds a flat amount to each 401k at the end of the year. It's different, because it's not matching, but it does mean that even people who don't (or aren't able to) put a lot in their 401k, still get the benefit.

they do not have good matching. It's not based on a specific rate, you will find out at the end of the year how much they matched it for you.

Does not do matching, but does profit sharing some years. Nice if you don't have the budget to contribute to your 401k because money is still being added through profit sharing even if you don't contribute anything.
