They didn't really give me any options, but I didn't want any other options because the one they offered was great

The best thing for me was the extremely low copay. I basically could go to any doctor and they would take the insurance.

Prescription prices are slightly higher than other insurance I have had, but there is no employee contribution and emergency co-pays are lower than other insurance I've had. The lower costs more than make up for the slightly higher prescription prices.

We welcomed a new baby while with Fast, and were very pleasantly surprised to see how much the insurance covered.

Fully paid benefits are amazing and unique for most companies.

Make sure you are covered when they send you to live abroad. My coworkers complained for having to pay out of pocket for health expenses. They changed the insurance recently so the new one might work, but double check if you plan on working for Fast outside the US and Canada.
