I like the 401k package

Everything was fine. Nothing to wrote home about. Wish we had better comission/bonuses.

Fairly standard benefits package but the 401K match is above average. Starting PTO is 2 weeks but you get additional weeks with tenure. Health insurance is pretty good with premiums remaining fairly low.

Coming from a (much) smaller employer the family health insurance premiums were fantastic for similar quality coverage.

The health insurance is expensive with a high deductible. They are very family oriented though and are normally flexilble with the schedule. They are not open on Weekends are most major holidays. They are pretty generous with vacation and sick time hours.

10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick leave for the first five years. Incremental changes at 5, 10, and 15 year marks. Lacks vision insurance which is a bummer, so you’ll be paying out of pocket for glasses and contacts.
