PTO isn't terrible to start as you get 15 days, but 10 is vacation and 5 is sick. Would be better to combine into 15 total days instead of having to wait till the 5 year mark for that to happen.

Benefits are OK. Vacation takes 5 years to accrue an extra week, but must complete 5 calendar years and your first partial year doesn't count. 401K up to 5k match. No vision insurance. High and low deductible health insurance and plans and one option for dental. FMLA is unpaid which includes maternity/paternity. So, save money if you want that time off. They do provide a small life insurance policy at no cost to you.
