Fastenal benefits

They pay for around half of the health, dental, and vision insurance each month. Only two plans to choose from and they are pretty standard plans. Not too expensive depending on the plan.

The employee discount is generous. Retirement/401K is decent enough, but the health insurance is astronomical. It is by no means competitive or affordable for most employees. Vacation is comparable to most companies. The company offers hundreds of online training courses to ensure employees have equal opportunity to become proficient at a many skills, to enhance their knowledge base, and to advance their position.

Family plan is anyone over 2 people which sucks, but otherwise it’s not terrible. 401k isn’t matched

The benefits were terrible. Cost and arm and a leg to pay for my half of health insurance.
